Have Faith in God
Are you believing God for something and see no evidence of
anything taking place? It can be frustrating. Especially when you
feel like you are in great need for God to act NOW!
I used to wonder what God was doing when I needed Him most. I
certainly didn’t see Him doing what I thought He should be doing.
But, you know, we are to live by faith, not by sight. Hebrews
11:1 says, ‘Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the
evidence of things not seen.”
I believe that if we accept the fact that God’s ways are higher
than our ways and His thoughts are deeper than our thoughts
(Isaiah 55:9), we can trust that he has our best interest in mind
and he is working all things for our good. “For I know the
thoughts I think toward you, thoughts of peace and not of evil,
to give you a future and a hope.” (Jeremiah 29:11)
Even though you may not be seeing results, be assured, God did
not forget about you. He’s busy behind the scenes. Keep on
believing and doing the things you know you should be doing and
soon you will reap a harvest if you don’t give up. (Galatians
6:9)
